Who needs it?

There are many large, heavy and powerful piling machines on the market, but sometimes there is demand for job to be done with limited space on site and affordable budget. With our compact and maneuverable equipment, we are looking for opportunities to promote and develop an affordable approach to building solid foundations for low-rise buildings in the United States.

Pile driving equipment is compact, relatively light (up to 10,000 pounds), can be transported by pickup truck trailer and operate in limited space conditions of a construction site all year round. It is an innovative approach to the application of existing pile driving technology to new construction sites, which significantly saves time and costs for construction and transportation.

There is a 3.3 Kips hydraulic hammer ram which is installed in the machine to drive in mini-piles up to 20 ft long. We use 6-12 inch precast concrete piles, timber piles, steel profiles, H-beams and pipes. Mini-pile Foundation Technology is applicable for low-rise buildings and structures located on slopes, in coastal areas, in the flood zone, swampy, expansive and low-bearing soils. Driven precast concrete piles can be combined with traditional building technologies for low-rise construction (strip foundations, concrete slab).
